If you get the wrong product or defaulted product then their is the process of exchange the product:

• There is not warranty of death of product and can't be exchangeable 
• Once approved, You will get the exchange without any cost.
• Their is no refund but only exchange of product is possible only if the product is received damage or wrong products that you not order

You're able to cancel your order before shipping with no cost penalty.
